Inspired by hosting u.Lab coaching circles and SPTonline, Catherine offers facilitated sessions to provide an opportunity to quiet the mind and to connect to one's life force through body, breathe and movement.
The intention is also become aware of the wisdom present within and in group, as well to that which is arising from our shared collective space.

Empower and encourage a practice to nourish your wellbeing, in mind-body-soul.
Be part of a global community that encourages and supports your own individual 10 to 20min practice followed by an optional additional guided group activity to expand awareness, generate insights, promote generative dialogue.
30 min - individual pratice
+ optional 45min-60min group activity
